My journey into birthwork began in 2012 as a doula, where I quickly discovered a calling to support families in one of life’s most transformative moments. After attending hundreds of births and witnessing the strength and wisdom within each laboring person, I became a certified professional midwife (CPM) in 2021 and founded Soulshine Holistic Midwifery. I have had the joy of serving families across West Tennessee and Northern Mississippi. This work is more than a profession to me. It is a calling rooted in trust, reverence, and deep respect for the birth process.

I believe every family deserves an empowered, beautiful birth experience, one where they feel informed, supported, and deeply connected to their body’s innate wisdom. My approach blends evidence-based care with natural, holistic practices, nurturing not just the physical body, but the mind and spirit as well.

Outside of birth work, you will most often find me spending time with my family or out in nature, places that continually ground and inspire the care I offer.
